Rafah passenger terminal

According to Haaretz, Egyptian intelligence chief Omar Suleiman is proposing that after the IDF withdrawal from Gaza, Israel should maintain control over the entrance of goods and personnel into Gaza for an interim period of 6 months. People and goods would be able to leave Gaza via Rafah with no Israeli supervision.

Suleiman's suggestion has not been discounted by the PA, according to Haaretz.
